David M. Heiser is a problem solver and skilled negotiator. He is a retired Labor and Employment Law attorney with a distinguished career that included extensive time as in-house counsel to both a major labor union and several corporations.

David has served as president of Congregation KTI in Port Chester and is a member of Rye Brook's Traffic Commission.
